The black tank + cream skirt looks nicer out of the two. It looks much more put-together. The neckline on the grey one looks a bit odd to me.
THE WHITE ONE WITH THE TOP!!!!! super cute great style makes it seem like you tried a little harder to put together than just throw on a grey dress

The other one looks like you trying to hard but this one is casual and can be dressed up:)
