Does passionflower work well as a natural remedy for anxiety?
Have read that studies show it is comparable to benzodiazepines without the side effects. Any one have experience taking passion flower for moderate anxiety?

It does help my wife, me personally though...I can not tell much difference in my anxiety. But everyone is different so, so worth a shot. I have high anxiety, what I know works for me naturally is: Chamomile tea (usually 2 or 3 tea bags is one mug will always do the trick), Valerian Root capsules and 5-HTP capsules. These all natural remedies are effective for myself. Good luck with your anxiety, I know it's horrible thing to live with :- /

I know from personal experience that weed definitely makes anxiety worse. Meditation is a much better option. It takes time and must be done regularly, but studies have shown that it is not only as effective as prescription anxiety medication, but it actually heals the brain over time. Good luck.

EFT often works where nothing else will. It is usually rapid, long lasting and gentle. EFT doesn't use drugs. It is easily learned by young and old alike. EFT is self empowering—you can do it for yourself. EFT has been known to work in many areas that are difficult for more traditional therapies and mainstream medical techniques. Some of those areas include:
Pain Fears/phobias, Headache, Claustrophobia, Judging, Agoraphobia, Panic/Anxiety, Fear of flying, Asthma, Trauma, PTSD, Eating disorders, Abuse, Weight loss, Performance Anxiety, Creating Healthy Boundaries, Attracting Abundance, Blood Pressure, Anger, ADD-ADHD, Allergies,Children Diabetes, Dyslexia, Success/Failure Syndromes, Neuropathy...
I have many, many people over the years with this simply remedy.
I am single mum. I have been suffering for panic attacks for some 15 years now, though it was not until recently I understood what they were. They were progressively getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me from some days even leaving my house. I read this book and it all made perfect sense.
I am not saying I was not terrified of putting theory to action, I was more scared of that than the next attack! But I decided to view it as a game, one I had control of and could therefore not lose!
Neuropathy is a painful condition but with the book of Dr. Randall Labrum, Neuropathy Solution, a book you will discover here https://tr.im/97JYT you are able to eliminate thermosetting pain that this condition trigger it.
If you follow all the procedure answers presented in Neuropathy Solution book effectively your mind will discharge endorphins, or “pleased chemicals”, and these will help you counteract suffering and alleviate stress.
The Neuropathy Solution does not need too much theory, only useful assistance that you can set to function immediately.
Well, it is not as effective as xanax, but it is wayyy less addictive. So it might be a better alternative. You might want to take passion flower regularly and then have benzos for whenever you have a panic attack. If that happens to you. You should talk to you doc tho prob.

Diabetes is a chronic disease and I don't think you can reverse it. That said I read this interesting book http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=549
that gave me a lot of useful tips about my disease and also a different perspective on the best therapeutical approach. I think you should read it too.
Who published the studies , were they peer reviewed, or it is it just web chat?
