Do I seem clingy/desperate?
So, this guy told me he likes me, and I like him back. We talk all the time, but I'm always the first to initiate... So I feel like I'm being clingy. Also, he'll sometimes be really quiet, or over messaging he'll take awhile to reply. But he told me how he felt last week, so I'm doubting it's changed.
I'll usually text him around four, and I'm the one who suggests to hang out...
Do you think I come off as clingy? I'm not sure if I do.

no, you're not.. now if he didn't like you, then yes you would be considered clingy.
just relax & let him text you tomorrow. you shouldn't always have to be the one. Although, he is probably just really shy and nervous, as you said he was quiet. make him initiate sometimes.

its no longer clingy yet incredibly a female doesnt want to be asked if a boy can ring her as though she says yehhh pleaasee i could incredibly like that, that would make her look clingy basically a sprint, its spectacular for a girl to get a telephone call by surprise
Well, some boys ARE shy, so..
But let him initiate the conversation every once in a while to prove to yourself that he still 'cares'/is interested.
Feelings can change. Especially if you're a teenager, which I assume you guys are.
let him come to some also girl. If he likes you he will notice you havent texted and he will text you. But its always good for us girls to take charge also.
