Monitor problem or Video card?
Okay, the last few days my computer will turn on perfectly fine with no problems. What is of my concern is that when I turn on my monitor the light comes on but no picture. After i turn the monitor off and back on it works just fine. Is this the Monitor or Video card? "After I turn the monitor on the second time, no issues occur.
any advice would be very much appreciated! ^^

Sounds like the monitor to me. Vidcards either work or they don't.
If you are using Internet Explorer, it may be the cause of your problem. Switch to Mozilla Firefox. Do a free download in the internet. I had the same problem. Now with Mozilla Firefox, my problem is solved.
