I want to buy uniforms and shoes for my sister in mexico but don't have transportation to take them to her is there a place that I can send it too in Sonoyta Sonora Mexico its close to Tecate Baja California

    Look well into this. I have heard what I believe to be a fact and that is the Receiver has to pay the import Tax, known as IVA Value added Tax.
