When you plug in your iPod to your laptop, make sure it doesn't automatically sync your music or else you'll obviously lose everything.
So hook it up and then open up your my computer. Click on your iPod. And theres a folder and its hidden. You kinda have to play around with the right clicking option so you can find the folder. Im pretty sure its entitled "My Music" .. so once you get that folder, everythings going to be in seperate folders and even more separate folders. The title of the song will be different but when you import it into iTunes, it'll go back to normal.
