Yes, you can certainly get it processed BY any Walgreens, but I am NOT sure if ALL Walgreens still have in store mini labs now or not. My guess would be that many have been phased out and the film is sent out to an outside lab for processing, but I am not sure of that. (Walmart has shut down many of their in store mini film labs).
Both of the Walgreens locations in my town still offer one-hour in-store developing. When I have had film developed, they generally assume that I want to have my film developed and one set of prints made from the negatives.
If you would like to have a CD of the images made, just tell them you would like one when you leave your film for developing. You can get it either in addition to the physical prints, or skip the physical prints and just get the CD.
