Eating between 300-400 calories a day... developing a serious problem...?

So I have been restricting calories for about 6 months now. I eat on average 300 to 400 calories per day. This has been highly successful for me, I have dropped from 170 pounds to 128 pounds and lost a ton of inches all over my body. I have yet to exercise.

I am starting to get a problem though...

I try to maybe treat myself here and there to little sweets and stuff, but then my brain tells me, "No, don't eat it, IT'S NOT NECESSARY." or like "It's just going to sit in your stomach and MAKE YOU FAT.". Then I do not eat it. I look at and count calories on absolutely every single thing I eat and if it has over 100 calories, I feel uncomfortable and worried to eat it. If I do chose to eat it though, it's all I think about for the following 3 hours... about how I just gained weight from it, or it's throwing away all this amazing weightloss...

The nurse and the counselor at my school are concerned, and they contacted my mother. My mother says that there is nothing wrong, but I know there has to be when I'm afraid to eat a yogurt that has 80 calories, or asking a friend how many calories there are in an apple...

I simply do not know what to do. I do not enjoy eating anymore. It scares me...

Help me,

~Shelley

Update:

P.S. I have also been feeling weaker, and been quite shakey, which I had actually gotten used to over time... but it feels like it's getting worse...
