  • PDF2Word(pdf to word) : software is a standalone program and does not require Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or even Acrobat Reader Converts PDF files into Microsoft Word RTF format Accurately preserves Text, Pictures, and Layout Easy to use Supports multiple document conversions (Batch Processing) Supports drag and drop files and batch conversion All text in the PDF file will be converted into text within the RTF file, Bitmap images are converted and placed into the RTF file as bitmap images.

  • Try looking around the 'print' dialog box. This can be viewed by going to 'File' in word and then 'print'. The Mac version of Word (2004 at least) has a PDF option in the bottom left of the dialog box.

For windows you will need to do a search for 'PDF printers'. After you have installed it, you can use the 'print' routine to create your PDF files. Remember to change the output printer to the PDF option when creating the files.

Or use another office suite, open office for example, to make your PDF files. I have found Open office and Ability office to be good at handling word files. However for the record, there are plenty of alternative programs.

  • Try a free download called PDF redirect.

Sorry, I dont know the address, but if you go to

    www.computeractive.co,uk/downloads

then put in pdf redirect in the search box, it will take you there.

  • Use a PDF writing software which installs as a printer driver such as cutePDF.

Then you just print using that driver and it ouputs a pdf file for you.

  • Google Docs and Spreadsheet has an option to save as PDF, although I haven't tried it myself.

  • simply and easily.... you dont.

Abode PDF is a package, used for professional purposes.

Although you can get adobe READER for free, you need the full adobe acrobat software to create and edit PDF files - and that is *quite* expensive.

  • Goto http://zamzar.com/

No download of software, no registration, no nothing. Choose the file and convert.

Converts most files to pretty much all the popular formats… for nothing.

  • SImply download Adobe and then there will be an option in your save menu to save it to PDF.

  • You need a full version of Adobe acrobat, not just the reader. You can't do it without it. It is very easy if you do, just one click of the mouse.
