depressed??
well.. i used to cut myself and then i stop like around mid december and did it again like in the middle of march i havent cut since like two weeks ago i stoped because of the scars and i dont want anybody to know and its getting hot and im no longer using long sleeves anymore so if i start cuttingagin ppl are goin to see my scars and i dont want to be hiding my arms anymore and the problem is tht i want to do so badly and i now i need help but i just cant stop thinking about it how can i forgrt and deal with my emotional pain without wanting or cutting myself agin??

oh sweetie...I'm so sorry to hear that you are struggling with cutting. My daughter struggled with that for four years. She overcame it with lots of therapy and medication. I hope there's an adult that you trust that you can talk to. You need to tell someone about what you're feeling. Help is out there. You CAN get through this. But you can't do it alone. I pray that you have a good teacher, or pastor, or youth leader that you can talk to. Right now, to get your mind off it, here are some suggestions...
Listen to some good music
Take a walk
Write in a journal
List all the things you can be thankful for
Spend time with your pet, if you have one
Put a rubberband on your wrist and snap it everytime you feel like cutting

Can you think of other outlets you can use instead of cutting--a hobby, sports, working out, hanging out with friends, homework, journaling, art, playing a musical instrument? Are you open to counseling? If so, shop around for a therapist whose personality and methods are a good fit for your needs. You need to find a way (or ways) to work through whatever issues you haven't dealt with and any stressors that come up along the way.
well dont start cutting again
think of the people who care about you, and resist for them

Books might help too, or anything else you used to enjoy before you became depressed
try to have a positive outlook on things, dwell on the good
hang in there!
cutting is addictive its incredibly pleasurable and your addicted to it now that and you enjoy leaving the pain behind. i have only one idea i can give you and that is to talk to someone a freind a counselor anyone talking will help and you can get aid from a doctor
