WordPress.org vs. Normal Website?
I have all the skills necessary to create my own website with programming without the need of Wordpress.org. So which should I choose and what are the benefits and disadvantages of choosing one over the other.

WordPress.org is where “WordPress” the software is freely available to the public. The same goes for thousands of plugins, in addition to a number of “premium” plugins that can be purchased separately.
As for your question, it depends of what you really like in creating websites whether you create it manually from scratch or use Wordpress.
WordPress saves a lot of time for you because you get readily available WordPress themes which you can easily customize as per your requirement.
Also, later if you want to add any new functionality you don't have to write new codes as there are plugins for almost anything in WordPress
In the wordpress site you can get the theme ready, only just few customization needed while in the normal website you need to work on the design part too. But in normal site there is no limit for the designers..!!
I would go with ultimatewb software - you can easily add/edit your own coding with it if you want, it has lots of built-in apps, and it makes the web development process a lot faster.
