Is Kanye a real rapper?
In my opinion kanye is not a real rapper because he uses auto tune which enhances his voice, therefore he clearly can't sing. and he doesn't do much rapping either.. actually, he sucks at rapping. i don't really understand why people like him..can someone please explain it to me?

Well he is a very talented producer, he produced alot of Jay Z's stuff before he had his own Rap career, but yeah, he is not really a talented rapper. They just gave him a chance to Rap because he had connections as a producer.
rappers don't sing, they rap. singing is for people like beyonce and carrie underwood, they can sing. kanye makes great music, especially when he's working with others, but he thinks too much of himself..... i like his music but i hate when he starts saying he's the best cause he's not. i can look forward to him coming out with a new song but not another speech on how he thinks he's the greatest thing.....
a lot of ppl computerize their voices these days and do all types of crap to make them sound even decent.
but hey, some of his songs are catchy and deasn't.
i do agree, he is pretty bad at rapping, people might like him because he isnt like all todays rappers, his got a unique sound. However, i don't think its a very good one..
