good luck,.. block their domain from your inbox,.. to prevent junk e-mail NEVER give out your e-mail address to web-sites unless they are secure and you are doing business with the site (ie your bank credit card etc) set up a separate junk address for registering for freebies and that sorta thing...
most websites even if you request to be removed have already send your e-mail address to thousands of other ad sites,.. and by requesting to be removed you will just wind up with twice as much junk
Usually these emails have an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. You could try clicking that link and unsubscribing. Or, block the particular domain of the website that keeps sending you emails. For example if you have Hotmail email and keep getting spam from checkthisout.com, you can type @checkthisout.com in the block list and you shouldn't get spam. Well at least not in your inbox.
If there's no unsubscribe link and you can't block, then I suggest perhaps getting a new email address.
Welcome to the Internet...Probably impossible to get rid of all of them. I click spam for everyone of them. And when it gets too much to handle..I simply transfer my info under a new email address...and Its clear for awhile..it just easier
