Was Pierre Trudeau a good prime minister for Canada and Quebec?
For my English project, I need 10 reasons on why he was a good prime minister for Quebec and Canada OR I need 10 reasons on why he was a bad prime minister. I can't find any good answers, and my teacher doesn't allow us to use Wikipedia.
Update:I said Canada and Quebec because I live in Quebec, and my teacher wants to see what changes he has done for us. And yeah, I was planning on cheating a little and using Wikipedia anyway. Without Wikipedia makes things complicated.
