How do I register Myself & my family as Native American?
On my Mother's side my Great Grandmother is full blooded (on my Mother's father's side). My grandmother (On my Mother's Mother's side) also has bloodlines as well. My father himself has strong lines as well on both his mother's and father's side.... That's not counting my own husbands bloodlines as well. I'm looking for exact links to register Myself, husband, & two sons. Thank you so very much for your help. It's greatly appreciated.

With me. I'm a shaman & can register you with my tribe.
Ok, first of all, you don't register as "native american". There is no such thing. You apply for tribal citizenship. And first we need to know what tribe your great-granny was. (cherokee, right?)
Ok, well, tribal members are actually very well documented, so if this is true it is very easy to prove. Gather your birth certificates to prove your descent from this person, then find granny's name listed on the tribal census rolls. Then you can apply for your CDIB (certificate of degree of Indian Blood) here:
http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/howtoregiste...
Then you can use that to apply for tribal citizenship, if you qualify. Bear in mind, if your story is document-ably true, you'd be 1/8, which, in some tribes, may qualify you, but not your children. (your husband would have to prove his own links separately, spouses do not qualify)
Also, for Cherokee,(there are three different cherokee tribes, btw) enrollment is closed, which means that one of your parents must already be a citizen for you to enroll, and for some, you must enroll before the age of 18.
How did I guess correctly cherokee? Because that is the most common blood myth that families have. It is always cherokee or blackfoot. I should also warn you, that there is a 96% chance that when you check the census, you will find great grandma was actually mulatto. (Cherokee was the common cover story of the day, which is why there are so many people who have this story)
this may be a great question! The immigration regulations of the U.S. furnish a benefit to Indians born in Canada as a reward under the Jay Treaty for his or her help in our wars against the British! Now a British guy who's a million/2 Indian needs to outlive a reservation. I choose you will possibly be able to desire to. The Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA") provides specific privileges to American Indians born in Canada. INA §289 provides as follows: not something in this call would be construed to electrify the spectacular of yankee Indians born in Canada to pass the borders of america, yet such top shall develop basically to persons who very own a minimum of 50 according to centum of blood of the american Indian race. As you're actually not an American Indian born in Canada, section 289 does not persist with to you. And it certainly does not help your toddlers as under 8 CFR §289.a million, the spectacular of unfastened passage around america border does not develop to the substantial different or based baby of an American Indian born in Canada or an observed member of an Indian tribe till that individual additionally has a minimum of fifty according to centum of blood of the american Indian race.
You are missing one key piece of information.............which Nation is it you are claiming? I am sure I am not going out on a limb here, when I guess Cherokee.
Until you add the details needed, I am not going to waste any time typing out information that may or may not head you in the right direction........
Doesn't sound like you qualify lol.
Opening with "How", way to live up to stereotypes.
