Which do you prefer: Celia or Cecelia?
I would use Celia as a nickname or Cecelia, but curious to see which is preferred: Celia or Cecelia as the full name
Thank you!

I love both, but I prefer Celia. It has all the elegance and sophistication of Cecelia, yet it's sweeter and simpler too. I find it slightly too long to use as a nickname; it has three syllables anyway, so it seems like it would only be shortened again, to CeCe or Lia.
I used to have Cecelia Madeleine on my list, now I have Celia Noelle.
Cecelia
Cecelia
Definetly Cecelia! Maybe celia for a nickname
The only Celia I have heard being used was a character from Weeds. The woman was an old bitter drunk.
Plus Cecelia is beautiful. So definitely Cecelia. CeCe.
I coach a swim team and have both a celia and cecelia on it. I like cecelia much more (the name not the person)! It's so pretty.
And Celia sounds like an old woman name a bit to me.
Cecelia
Cecelia.
I like Cecelia, especially when spelled Cecilia.
Oh, and for a nickname, all the Cecelia's i know go by Cece (long e's)
I prefer Cecelia.
