press up help?

i need to get better at press-ups and i cant do many, but i do weight lifting, can anybody give me any advice on how to get better at press-ups?

    I assume you are doing those in a gym? Perhaps you are using too heavy weights? Try to lower the weight and do higher reps for some time (maybe 2-4 weeks) before going heavy again. Also, try to let longer time elapse between workouts.
