Do you need composite cable port for a converter box?
We have 2 tvs in our house- one with composite calbe ports ( the red-yellow-and white cords) and the other does not. My question is if I get a 2 boxes with antennas do I need to get a new tv for it to work with the older tv since there are no composite ports?

no, the box will have a coax output and you simply put the older tv on channel 3. This converter box converts the digital signal to analog (ch 3). The newer tv can either use channel 3 or the composite signal.
You do not need a Composite port for a converter box. A lot of converter boxes have a coaxial port. You can use a coaxial cable to connect the converter box to your TV. Just go from the output in the box, to the input in your TV.
