How do i transfer programs from computer to computer?
Ok so I have Adobe Photoshop on my family computer with no internet and i have a new laptop and i wanna transfer ADOBE to my new laptop,but i don't know how to,I asked my brother for help and he tried to burn iton a disk,but didn't know how to.So how can i transfer it. p.s. the reason i don't just use the Adobe disk is because a friend installed it and i don't have the disk and asking her for it isn't an option
please explain it good,because i am not very good with computers.

well if you had a external harddrive you can put photoshop adobe exe file on the external hard drive and transfer it from there. or you can use ur ipod if you have one as an external harddrive.
You can burn it to a CD but u have to know waht files to extract and all. and make sure you have a serieal number too
There's a list of programs that will do this for you at the link below, where they either transfer programs automatically for you when you connect the computers with a data cable, or they somehow create an installation program out of the program that's installed on your computer.
I've used this approach as well, and it works very well. It will figure out which files are needed by Adobe Photoshop, and then will create an installation program with all these files, that you can run on your other computer.
You need an actual install disk because there is more to the installation than just the files in the adobe folder. There are entries in the windows registry that you need.
