It's a great product to brag about at CES 2012 and CES 2013...but it hardly adds anything to the Home viewing experience.
Some day 4K will take over the home market...but the benefits of 4K are just not visable on your 42" - 60" TV's you would probably put in a home. You would literally need to be sitting 6" away for you to notice the extra detail. Combine that with the fact that 4K content takes almost every available strand of bandwidth of the current HDMI cable and will be needing a major Hardware update to bring anything new in the future...you probably want to wait on 4K for a couple of years.
For now - unless your sporting a 90" TV at home...leave the 4K technology to the theaters where you can actually see the difference.
I as you probably know, 4k Ultra HDTVs are the next big thing in home entertainment. Sony X900 is a model that can redefine a person's take on television or for that matter gaming. It is expensive but for those that have the money, it is a great purchase.

Hello,
I as you probably know, 4k Ultra HDTVs are the next big thing in home entertainment. Sony X900 is a model that can redefine a person's take on television or for that matter gaming. It is expensive but for those that have the money, it is a great purchase.
Too expensive right now.
- They have to prove it's great first, and you should also wait until the price drops a lot for most people to start buying.
Too expensive right now.
