1. Connect the camera to the computer with a USB cable. Your LCD should say "PC Connection." Highlight "Mass Storage" and press in the scroll wheel. A window with options for copying files should appear on your computer. If the window doesn't pop up, go to "My Computer" and look for a removable drive that represents your camcorder.
2. Double-click the icon to find a folder called "DCIM." Double-click that folder and find 101 DG Cam for your video files.
The DXG camcorder always capture videos as H.264 MOV or H.264 AVI.
if you use Windows OS, the shot video H.264 MOV can be playable on iTunes and QuickTime, however, it can not be accepted by Windows Media Player and Movie Maker.
just take your memory card out of the camcorder and put it into the comp and it should load from there if not go to the start menu and press computer and it should be the last one on the list but if you have to go to the start menu it wont be saved to the comp
I made the change from Mini DV to HDD final 12 months and could no longer pass back. The pass from digital camera to laptop is plenty swifter (and extra straightforward). stressful tension is easily the thank you to pass in case you prefer to edit your video clips.
