its probably best not to wonder or think about your ex. hes probably moved on and you should too, even though its really really really hard. You can't control what you dream, but it is unlikely that he is dreaming about you. I always wonder the same thing after I've had a powerful dream about my ex, but I try to push those thoughts away as quickly as possible, because I always end up feeling sad and terrible.
That first depends on if they dream at all, and then whether there is any recollection of it in a wakened state. If this is all in place then I would say that the chances of our ex's dreaming of us is very likely...take care...
