Do Power Supply affects Graphics?
i am little curious about it, because when im playing Zelda Twilight Princess in Dolphin Emulator, and there is small textures defect when its on the distant, also it occurs on other emulators. But people doesn't experience this problem but I am the only one experience, and my Graphic Card is Radeon HD 6970 and my power supply is 500W, which is underpowered, but 6970 needs at least 550W power supply. Do power supply really affects graphics?
Update:Note: my Power Supply have brand name, its HuntKey

yes and you need to get a bigger power supply or it will over heat your pc and shut it down or even worse kill your motherboard or prosser some times you need to add an extra fan to your pc if your putting in a higher power supply
Yes Power Supply affects Graphics
Yes, they absolutely do affect it. The manufacturer wouldn't list a recommended power amount for no reason.
What you are describing seems like your card isn't getting enough power. You can severely shorten the life of the card if you keep running it that way.
This is especially true if your 500W is some cheap no name brand.
Yes but only in such a manner that when there is no power supplied, there is no graphics. So yes, in your case that seems to be the obvious explanation.
No, if there is not enough power for your PC under load - it most likely will reload, or will show your a BSOD, but not the graphics artifacts.
Artifacts them-selfs can be caused bu drivers or video card's memory overheat.
