Do shoulder blade tattoo's hurt?

I have never gotten a tattoo before, but I don't mind needles and my pain tolerance is not too bad. I just want to get a small palm-sized (if even) tattoo

    I have a rather large tattoo on my shoulder, and it really didn't hurt much. The part that hit the bone wasn't bad at all. The important thing is to relax, it hurts way less if your not tensed up.

    I have huge angel wings on my back & on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say it was a 7 lol

    No it didn't hurt that much when I got mine done i really didn't feel it

    yes because its basically directly on the bone
