Facebook page problem?

You know when you go to Facebook and before you sign it there's a picture of a map or a phone and it also says "Facebook helps connect and share with the people in your life"? Well when I go to the Facebook page it's gone. No picture, no quote, just the log in form. Then when I log in, some buttons and icons are missing. For the chat bar, the green dot that shows if someone is online, isn't there anymore even though they are online. But when I click on the name, the green dot shows up. I'm currently using Chrome but Internet Explorer and Firefox have the same problem. Maybe I have a proxy problem?

My bad. I don't use proxy. Maybe just settings that cause this?
