2004/2005 Acura TSX or TL?

I am looking at purchasing a used 2004 or 2005 TL or TSX. My requirements are they both have an automatic transmission and under 140,000 miles. I am wondering about their driving dynamics, MPG, and reliability as well as their relative comfort and interiors. Personal experiences would be a great help. Thanks.

    I have the 2008 TL, and my friend had the TSX 2006

    Both are really good car,

    but i prefer the tl because it has a better hangling, and it really confortable.

    The interior is pretty much the same,
