Do i need commercial insurance ?

I just bought a 1975 C30 1 Ton Chevy Truck, with a dump bed. I'm using it for junk removal, trying to start a small business. I don't care about laws and such too much, but I'm wondering do I have to buy commercial insurance ? I also deliver pizzas, and have heard I need it for that too. Anyone know anything?

    Read your insurance policy.

    Try not to get a headache or fall asleep.

    There will be a clause somewhere that if you are using a personal vehicle for commercial purposes, you won't be covered while the vehicle is being used for commercial purposes.

    In other words, if you drive the truck to the grocery store to buy food, then drive home, you are covered.

    If you drive the truck to deliver pizza, you might not be covered.

    Also, if you are driving with other people in the vehicle and they are paying you for the service (more than just splitting the cost of gas, and more than a carpool) then you are not covered.
