License to drive a Piaggio MP3?

So can I drive a Piaggio MP3 (the ones with two front wheels) on a cbt, if not what do I need? Thanks for the help :)

    It is classed as a scooter, so it would depend on scooter/moped laws in your unnamed location.

    Generic answer is in most places you need some type license and in most a permit is enough.
