Do i have a real problem?

At the moment i play 2 sports and exercise at least 5 days a week. I also haven't had my period for about 13 months and i am always so cold. what is the matter with me?

uhh... you should seriously go see a doctor... the reason ur not getting your period is cuz you dont have enough body fat.. u need at least 20 percent to get ur period... u should have lunch not just breakfast... lunch gets u thrugh the day... Theres no point of doing sports if u have no calories to burn...
lots-105 is not fat. Who is telling you that you are fat? Have them shot! without eating all day, your body goes into starvation mode daily and this can spur many other problems-particularly with the way nutrients are absorbed from the food you do eat. Usually being cold has to do with blood circulation issues and as far as your period, you should have seen a doc well before now-perhaps a nutritionist would help, too. When you keep a good balance of food comsumption and exercise, other things fall into place better.
Every 15 year old feels fat and awkward-that's normal-but at the same time, there is a fine line between normal and disorder. Do some online research while your at the computer-and good luck!
I used to go out with a ballet dancer. Someone that was always in training like you. She did not have a period for two and three years at a time. She explained this to me as the demand on the body stops the process.
Talk to you mom or go to the doctor. You are in the similar training program to the ballet dancer
Sounds like you might be anemic...but you should get it checked out. You know your not fat. But anemia does make you cold and makes you lose your appetite. I have had it severly. But anyways, see a doc!
anemic maybe...
if you are doing sports 5 times a week, you are not eating enough......

too much exercise can cause amenorrea, you need to see a gynecologist.....
