how to do algebra problem find indicated products (7s + 6) (2s + 5)?

i am having trouble with this, if anyone could help i would be so happy :)

  • first, you multiply the first term from each quantity. so you multiply 7s and 2s and your answer will be 14s2 (squared).

Next you multiply the last term of each quantity which is positive 6 and positive 5 which will result to positive 30.

then you multiply positive 6 and 2s which is 12s

then you multiply positive 5 and 7s which results to 35s

then you add 12s and 35s (to find the middle term) this will become 47s

    you answer will be: 14s2(squared)+47s+30

  • (7s + 6)(2s + 5) =

    14s^2 + 35s + 12s + 30 =

    14s^2 + 47s + 30.

  • Use the FOIL method: first, outside, inside, last

    (7s + 6)(2s + 5)

    F: 7s * 2s = 14s^2

    O: 7s * 5 = 35s

    I: 6 * 2s = 12s

    L: 6 * 5 = 30

    = 14s^2 + 35s + 12s + 30

    = 14s^2 + 47s + 30

    Hope this helps

  • 7s*2s=14s^2

    7s*5=35s

    6*2s=12s

    6*5=30

    14s^2+35s+12s+30, add like terms

    14s^2+47s+30

  • this is equal to

    14s^2 + 35s + 12s + 30

    = 14s^2 + 47s+ 30

    hope this heps
