Tough Stuff! (And those dogs are raised as a food source. They aren't pets. They were young and as tender as they could be according to what was considered the proper method of rising meat source animals, but still, they were so tough that you had to chew a piece of the meat for a long time and swallow it whole.)
Not my idea of good food.
I doubt Obama has ever visited another Nation (outside of Africa and other areas where starvation would result if you didn't conside strange food sources) where people consider eating dog a great idea.
