It's probably a tie if that is possible. They are:
Shikamaru Nara- He is a genius. His shadow jutsu isn't supposed to be that strong but it's actually pretty cool and useful. His fights are always some of the most entertaining to watch.
Sasuke Uchiha- He's smart and strong. He also possesses the Sharigan. He wasn't seen in the manga/anime for a long time but came back even cooler than before. He has an anti-hero personality which I usually like in an anime character. Even though he is a self-absorbed crybaby who only wants his way he still is a badass "avenger".
Uchiha Itachi definitely cause he knows how to punish people...and same goes for sasuke when he acquires the Mangekyou sharingan but still....itachi has the speed and the jutsu to really punish..so i still go with Itachi..
Kakashi_ he's an easy going person. And he has the the Sharingan EYE!! Dudes with white hair/gray is awesome, it tells me that he doesnt give a crap what people thinks of him!

I would say Sakura, but from shippuden 'cause shes becoming stronger and more confident and kinda helpful... but also cause she's cool.
