pcmcia usb 2 card?
I have a 5 yr old IBM - T23 as I recall
It has 2 USB 1 ports
My camera and new HP printer dont work properly and I have been told I might fix it if I tried usb 2 - so
I just bught a pcmcia usb 2 card and have this dilemna
the top slot has a wireless adapter
the usb card is dual height - ie it sticks up into the space of the card above
thus I can not place it below the sireless adapter
but
when I tried movig the adapter down to the lower slot
it doesnt seem to work - am about to do some trouble shooting
but I susp[ect that maybe its antenna is shaded by the card above
any suggestions?

Update:the wireless does not work on the lower slot when the usb card is out!!
as a temporary work around I plugged an ethernet cable into the back and am wired to the network and have the hp printer plugged into the usb card and the wireless card sitting on my desk
the hp printer now seems to work great
a short attempt to get the wireless crd working in the lower slot fialed - and am setting it aside for the moment in the need to get work done
any further hints/ advice greatly appreciated

I think you're screwed my friend.
You're going to have to choose, wifi or usb 2.0.
Or you could take a look at getting a usb wifi adapter. I got one on super sale from Compusa for $5.
