Atheists do you hate your dad?
Because a psychologist wrote in a book that Atheists don't believe in god because they don't have good experience with their dad so they hate the real father of us.
BQ:Who agrees that my clone needs to be suspended? He is giving me a bad name.

I would think it would be the other way around.
You would think it would be the Christian who hate their fathers, because they constantly seek a replacement "heavenly" father figure.
"Atheists do you hate your dad?"
Can't speak for everyone but nope, I don't. While him and I clashed on occasion that never stopped me loving him as a father, and respecting him as a person.

Cite source. This psychologist if he exists, must have met every atheist there is to make that claim.
BA: Agreeing wouldn't get him suspended, only reporting will, good luck.
You probably got that wrong. Chances are that it was a Psychiatrist and not a Psychologist. Most psychologists would not reference the psychoanalytic theory of Freud. I tend to think that most Atheists, have simply grown past the need for a father. Unlike other groups of people who seem to need a dominant figure telling them what to do and how to do it, atheists have simply matured and separated from the need to have a parental figure in their lives.
I'm much closer to my dad than to my mom, so that's a big fail-O, darling.
It's hard to believe that a real psychologist would take such a simplistic line...it's a pretty silly association. This shrink is clearly a fundie pushing an agenda.
Hate him? No. Furious with him? Yes.
But, the psychologist is wrong. I am an atheist because I don't believe in God and not because of my relationship with my father. What makes you think God would be like a father figure, anyway?
No i have a great relationship with my father he is the reason why i am a atheist because he is one as well he also inspired me to get into law enforcement as well when i was younger he would tell me stories of his youth like when was drafted to go to Vietnam and the early days of his LE career me and my sons go out to his and my moms house every Sunday to hang out with them.
Nope...
And that would have nothing to do with it anyway...
I once had a psychologist tell me that because I wouldn't pick up some food off the ground and eat it, that I didn't like take chances in life... sorry, not a big fan...
Not at all. I have a Dad and a Step-dad and I love them both to bits.
Theists do you hate reality?
EDIT
Who was this psychologist?
Maybe, the psychologist was trying to tell us that he blames his problems on a lack of his dad not being there for his soccer games.
im on good terms with my dad
i dont believe in god so i would hate him the way i hate the teletubbies.
this is more of an answer than a simpleton like you deserves for a question like this.
