i brought this push up bra and my size is 32b but when i tried it on the band size was really tight although it was on the last hook and ma boobs pushed up instead they were squashed at the top sides. what should i do? and my other normal bras fit perfectly. please help me

Have you gained any weight up top? May just be a different brand. You can exchange it or buy a bra extender-adds a couple inches to the band.
Maybe this bra was a different fit. Try on the next size up (34b) or try 32C and see if either of these sizes are better.
I would return the bra and go shopping for a better push up bra.
Different brands have different size fits. You chose one that is a slightly smaller 32b than other brands.
Maybe your boobs grew you should try on bras before you buy them
