what are the side effects, I've herd that people get really bad nightmares if they forget to take the patch off. Also, what about Hypno - how much does it cost and how many times do ya need to go under to be cured of cravings?
Hypno will only work if you believe in it. I do not so it failed for me.
The Nicoderm patches absolutly work! I was a 1 pack + / day smoker when I started them and I haven't had a single puff since (Over four years now).
It is also true that if you don't take it off about 1 hour before bed, you will have some crazy dreams/nightmares. DO NOT smoke while you are using them either!!
