I would very much advise against doing that type of technique unless you have had a great deal of training. When you try to use that attack your adrenaline will be pumping and you may hit harder which will cause death, not stunning.
The areas involved are the throat and diaphragm ( Sternum area ). These are both extremely sensitive and you can crush easier than you can do a surface hit. I would not tell you to attempt it without several years of training and a good instructor.
A "brachial stun" is actually a bad name for a chop to the side of the neck. A simple chop to the side of the neck will not usually stun your opponent, it will just hurt really bad. I can't really teach how to do a brachial stun without use of illustrations, or even better, without being able to show it in person. However, if I could I still wouldn't because neck strikes and attacks are very dangerous and can easily result in death. Unless you are being mugged or worse you should avoid hitting in the neck or throat during a fight. I can, however, teach you a couple simpler, and just as effective techniques to stun a person. (I have recommended these several times here on Yahoo!Answers)
The Chest Punch
Ever had the wind knocked out of you? Pretty "stunning" eh?
Well, in the center of your (and everyone else's) chest is the arch of your ribcage, its the top of the upside down "V" that your ribs make (^), this spot is perfect to hit and knock someone's wind away. The reason why is that the diaphragm (the thing that gives you hiccups and makes you breath) is located right behind it, punch this spot as hard as possible, or uppercut it making sure not to miss, and you will definitely stun your opponent.
The Nose Punch
This one is so good I used to start all my fights with it. Punch the person square on the nose with a straight punch. If you don't know what a straight punch is I'll tell you: make a thumbs up, now touch the second knuckle of your middle finger with your thumb and don't change the position of your hand or other fingers, keep you elbow tucked into your side, now punch (make sure that your thumb is towards the ceiling and your pinky is towards the floor during the whole punch). This punch has more raw force and destructive power that your normal side-fist punch, which doesn't really matter all that much if your punching, say, the chest, but if you want to totally smash/break the nose, a straight punch is the way to go. If you do this and don't break the nose the person's eyes usually water, their nose bleeds, their whole face feels the shock wave of pain, and to top it off their vision is blocked out by your fist during the punch allowing you to immediately follow up with any kicks/punches/shoves you want (or to run away if you didn't really want to fight in the first place). If you do break the nose, all of the above still applies, but with the added bonus of your opponent "seeing stars" (experiencing a blinding flash of light caused by the shocking pain) which can disorient the person up to a minute! Which is a lot of time in a fight situation.
These are a couple good ones, you can look up other moves at your local barnes & noble/borders in the martial arts section, or online. As always, I give this information with the intent to inform a fellow martial artist or to help a person in a dangerous situation, never to endorse brawling or bullying. I am also not responsible for your use of these techniques.
I have to say that that was stupid. Lay him down on a bed and call 911/000 depending on where you are. Keep an eye on him and make sure he keeps breathing and his heart starts beating. Did someone catch him as he fell? Remember, its normally not the knock-out blow that does the damage, but its the fall afterwards. If he hit his head on concrete (or even grass or carpet for that matter), he may well have brain damage. Get help, hope like hell he isn't hurt and NEVER DO IT AGAIN!
you grab the arm and hit it as hard as possible.... Once mastered, you AND Jet Li will become the most feared fighters on the movie set..... no where else because those kinds of strikes are garbage..... but STUNT GUYS EVERYWHERE WILL FEAR TEH D3ATH TOUCH!

Don't try to learn such things here. You are a likely to kill a person as you are to get a KO.
Cunamo - You are NOT a martial artist, no one who claims to be would tell a novice how to execute a strike. You are a disgrace.
