Unless you marry a heiress apparent the chance of becoming a Prince is precisely zero. There is currently only one heiress apparent and she's already married. Although Princess Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands will become Heiress Apparent on the 30 April when her grandmother abdicates she is only nine.
Just marrying a Princess will not automatically entitle you to become a Prince, although it does depend on the country.
Given that there are a number of female second-in-line to thrones right now, little girls who will someday be queens regnant, if you're prepared to wait a number of years while they grow up, you can start plotting to marry one. As others have said, marrying one of them is just about the only way you'll ever become a prince.
Here's a list:
Princess Leonor of Spain
Princess Ingrid of Norway
Princess Estelle of Sweden
Princess Elisabeth of Belgium
Princess Catherina-Amalia of the Netherlands
All of these little princesses will someday reign after their parent who is now first in line dies. You've got years to work on meeting them. Your chances are very slim, but who knows?
You can't. You would have to marry a princess who is first in line to the throne, and even then you might only be made a Duke. When Prince Philip married Princess Elizabeth, the future Queen, he gave up his titles and was made a Duke. He wasn't made a prince until ten years later.
You would have to be born in to it, although I think it would be neat as well. When you marry however you can become your wifes prince charming.........
go to kenya. make a country. then **** random villager claim her as your queen and establish your monarchy. your welcome. I expect royalty checks and knighthood

I've done some in-depth research, and I think I have a rather long answer for you.
1. Relax, try to develop a sort of "all-cool" attitude.
2. Take part in after-school activities like basketball, whenever possible.
3. Inevitably at some point of another, some people who are up to no good will come along, and it will be up to you stop them.
3b. Please note that Philadelphia has a very high rate of these incidents, so if you begin there, it may expedite the process.
4. After defending your neighborhood, move in with your aunt and uncle down in Bel-Air.
You whistle for a cab and when it comes near the
License plate'll say "fresh" and have a dice in the mirror
If anything you should say that this cab was rare
But you think nah, forget it, yo homes to Bel-air!
You pull up to a house about seven or eight
And yell to the cabby "Yo, homes smell you later!"
Look at your kingdom you're finally there
To sit on your throne as the prince of Bel-air
Even if you marry a princess, you likely will not be a prince. It depends on how the monarchy for that particular country goes from heir to heir.
So, look for a country with a monarchy...and an available princess. Then try to marry her and see what happens.
