Will a pin hole pierced through a sealed packet of a male condom (piercing a pin hole in the condom too), lead to pregnancy ? Or will the condom just tear during use ?
A hole will allow semen and infections to get through so the female can get pregnant and both could pick up an infection. The condom could tear more depending on if it was put on correctly.
It could very well lead to pregnancy (although nothing is ever a certainty).
The condom doesn't have to rip for the woman to get pregnant. If one of your sperm cells makes it through that little pin hole, then it has a chance of making it all the way to her egg and fertilizing it, resulting in pregnancy.
Throw that condom out and get a new one. If you've already used it, I wouldn't worry TOO much (a codom with a pin hole is still more effective than no condom at all), but you're not out of the woods yet.
