  • I think that you should get professional help most people on here are not the sort that can diagnose a disease. And besides that a doctor will be able to ask you questions about your other behaviors instead of only having the information that you have given in this question. With that said it sounds more like paranoia than OCD, but I do not claim to be a professional.

  • As others have stated, it's clearly more case of paranoia than OCD. OCD is often a more complicated fear, like: if I don't take exactly three pieces of toilet paper then something bad might happen. What you're feeling is most likely a paranoia stemming from some strong social anxiety. Talk to your doctor about it, there's some therapies and medications that could make your life a lot better.

  • I am the exact same way. I obsess over every little thing about my body. I have thought I have had every disease there is! I have gotten numerous EKG's thinking that I was having heart problems. You may have what is called generalized anxiety disorder. A lot of the symptoms are the same as what you describe. I , too, am young and healthy..but I still fear for things that I probably do not have! If I were you i'd go to your doctor to see what he has to say!

  • I'm the same, i'm always worrying about eth, when it's dealt with, then I find sth else to worry about. It's a constant anxiety battle. the best way is to tell urself to stop whinging & say "All is well, I am safe"

I think I have afear of comfort or of being happy.

  • SOunds like a slight case of OCD...you need routine and patterns to reduce anxiety. Go to your MD for help.

  • personally you are like obsessed with your heath , i dont think it is ocd but it may be , well good luck C=
