Is astronomy a good career?
Ok so I'm a senior at high school and want to go to college and major in stronomy, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to find a job once I graduate. So if someone knows anything on the subject I would really appreciate it.

The answer to your question is yes. Employers likely will employ on skill/knowledge/genuineness of commitment. Good luck. I used to be in amatuer astro group in Australia. We collectively never ever saw a flying saucer.
Unless you are very hard working and get a doctorate ,getting jobs are dim.
Go for it ,it's a fantastic career opportunity.
