Dark Knight Replica Cowl?

I'm looking into putting together a really authentic Dark Knight style Batman costume for Halloween, and I can't seem to find one that looks legitimate. The best one I've seen is in this video:

but I've no idea where he got his from. I'd really love to know where I could get one like that. If you have any suggestions as far as where to get the rest of the suit, that'd be great as well. Best answer gets 10 points obviously, thanks in advance

Just to be clear, I'm referring to the cowl in the video, not the rest of the suit, as he said where he got that from.
