Dress code for Kohls employees help please?
My first day is coming up soon and I am wondering if this outfit is considered as business casual?

this is a recent dress code refresh i wasn't too happy about. i wear polos to work, but always untucked.
shirt: no problem.
pants: those look like black jeans in the photo. but if they're khakis and sorta dressy, that should be fine. no cargos.
shoes: ehh . . . i'd really jump for something a little more dressier than that, those could be considered sneakers.
