Just my opinion but they probably just erased an actual person pulling her away in post production. The budget was about $15,000 so it couldn't be anything fancy or complicated. That scene was quite dark and someone in black could have easily been taken out with whatever software they used to edit the film.
Noooo. Completely fake. A FICTIONAL movie filmed in a documentery style to make it seem real. Notice the movie never says it's real, just thankyou to the families of Katie featherston and mickah blah blah. And Katie featherston (the posessed wife who 'disappears') is in another movie to be released this year.
It was fuzzy, so I think a guy blended in the colors and dragged her up. Just my opinion.
they had someone drag her and then on there auto fix, blured the person out.
