Car accident whos fault?

Driving in my lane on the right side while cars on left lane stop before driving up to my stop light i get hit on my driver left side . My left bumper is mess up my fender is bent and while opening my door makes a loud noise. The officer didnt come til 30 mins later. While the office spoke to me in the hospital he said she told him the driver in the left lane said she could go i was heading to the stop light then from no where she slam into me while i was in my right lane. Now shes saying she was already in the drive way when she turned she was driving a mini van i was driving a lower eclipse with custom bumper and if that would was true if she was in the drive way i would have hit her in the middle or *** of her van going 45 mph but my left front bumper was underneith her front right side of the van my hole left side mess up. Im also 3 months pregnant while hit. I do have alot of pains in my neck and back was talking to hospital and treated. But my questions is whats next going to happen? And she doesnt want to say its her fault. And. Everyone at least knows before crossing streets look both ways. And if the lady in my left lane told her to pass she should have stop and look into the other lane before entering in. What do you guys think ?
