She's pretty much done she doesn't have the passion for fighting anymore she lost it after the Cyborg fight. With StrikeForce gone and her not really feeling like she can make a living (on top of that she can't make 135) she's go no where to go.
I'd pick Rousey to beat her, Gina was a little overrated and fought some easy competition early in her career to keep her on top. She'd have the same punchers chance to beat Rousey that Sarah Kaufmann did and we saw how that ended up.

Ronda Rousey is the UFC Women's Champ currently based on her results on Strikeforce.Now it could change if Liz Carmouche upset Ronda. Gina Carano is doing movies(Haywire(2012),Fast and Furious 6, and two other upcoming movies) I believe Ronda will destroy Gina even though she smaller than Gina. Also Ronda faced better competition overall than Gina did.
