Temporally files - Windows?

I want to know if there is any option to save the files (videos) at 'temporally files' folder.

e.g. Im watching a youtube video and when it has finished I want to save this file to another directory to watch it again. It exist in Gnu/Linux and I don't know if it is also in Windows.

    You can move or copy them to another folder.

    First do not put anything manually into that folder (just trying to keep ur cpu alive)

    Second if you watch a video it does not save into your temp files.

    Third go to Start->Run->Temp

    and go to Start->Run->%temp%

    You will see the need of these files.

    And when you watch a youtube video it saves little bits and pieces in your Cookie folder.(Cookie folder is basically a folder that lets other websites see what websites you have been to today)
