Am I just paranoid ?

so me & my bf have been together for a while now & he texted me Friday asking to hang out cause he had the house to himself for the weekend & obviously it would have ended up in sex, which would have been our first time being together. He's not a virgin but I am & I wanted it, but he never pulled through with the plans & I didn't hear from him in a week. it makes me nervous because I feel like he brought other girls instead, cause he liked this girl's pic on fb that she posted like a week ago. & it's the same girl he spammed with likes before & a month ago some girl told him that she missed him and he said it back and she told him to text her idk. he texted me 2 days ago saying he was going to work and just wanted to say that he loves me but I was still sort of mad so all I said was love you. he texted later that night but I was already sleeping so I texted him the day after saying I was sleeping and that I just got his text, but he never replied at all & I haven't heard from him in a day so far.
