In your case, yes, 2 minutes is quick, and yes you could be pregnant!
Semen can be even on your vagina, the penis does NOT have to be inside at all, the sperm can swim and find their way to your egg.
Make sure to use protection next time.
Anytime a penis enters a vagina without a condom or use of other contraceptives there is a chance of pregnancy!
