You can't delete ActiveX as it is a integral component of Windows. However, you can inactivate it by going to Internet Options in Internet Explorer and changing the settings in the Security Tab.
ActiveX is a type of file rather than a single file you can delete.
There are activeX files in Java and in your browser and most likely in a many games on your computer. If you deleted the Active X files those things would no longer work. You can modify settings for Active X but you cannot remove them.

ActiveX, cannot be removed. But it have its zones changed.
1. Go to Internet options (Tab)
2. Go to security.
3. Go to the little up and down bar, and all Unsigned ActiveX controls will not be downloaded.

You go into the Control Panel and go into Uninstall and you need to completely Uninstall it!
